A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY STORY

I'm a holistic nutrition coach who is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health journey.

My goal is to show the world that transforming our bodies through whole foods, personalized nutrition, and mindful movement is absolutely possible.

Being healthy is the new rich and I truly believe that healthy isn't hard, you just need the right approach and support.

Growing up, I spent my childhood and teenage years in a cycle of dieting, trying to be skinny, and chasing the latest trend that promised the “perfect” body. Yet, despite all my efforts, I felt stuck on a constant hamster wheel—never satisfied, no matter the number on the scale.

After the pandemic, I knew it was time to try something different. I began lifting weights, increasing my protein intake, building new habits, staying consistent, and, most importantly, being patient with myself. Instead of restricting, I learned to truly fuel and help my body recover. I didn’t want to keep feeling exhausted, drained, or have food control my emotions—I didn’t want to go home and eat junk food on a stressful day just to cope. This shift transformed everything for me, and I began applying these principles to my clients' programs.

With each success, I saw how much we’ve been taught wrong for so long. Now, my mission is to share a healthier, sustainable path to wellness with others.

Never did I learn that fats are so important for my body because they help my hormones.

Never learned that carbs are so important for my development, hair, nails, brain, energy, metabolism etc…

And most importantly, I didn’t learn that lifting & protein are crucial to get toned… I always thought it was cardio..

I’m dedicated to guiding you toward a balanced, healthy life.

This 3-month group coaching program is designed for individuals on GLP-1 medications, offering a supportive community environment to help you achieve your goals.

You’ll receive expert meal guidance to complement your medication, participate in a live Zoom workout once a week, and get access to at-home workout routines. Additionally, the program includes one personalized 1-on-1 meeting to discuss your progress and fine-tune your plan.

This program provides accountability, structure, and personalized support to ensure you stay on track and reach your weight loss goals.
