Weekly Menus delivered Sundays @ 6AM: Every Sunday morning, you’ll receive a fresh, protein-packed menu designed to make your week easier, healthier, and stress-free. Just open, shop, and go.
Wednesday Group Zoom Calls (same link each week): Get live support, ask questions, and connect with other members. Each week brings fresh insights, check-ins, and encouragement to keep you going strong.
Monthly Live Recipe Classes: Cook alongside Diana and your fellow members in real time. These monthly sessions are equal parts fun and functional — learn techniques, ask questions, and enjoy nourishing meals together.
Exclusive access to easy breathing + recipe videos: Inside the Breathe + Nourish library, you’ll find calming breathwork sessions and simple cooking demos you can revisit anytime for extra support and inspiration.
