For those who are new here, Hi! I’m Diana, a nutritionist, foodie, fur mom, and proud traveling baseball wife. My relationship with food hasn’t always been the healthiest. Like many of you, I spent years trying quick fixes and feeling frustrated with the results. But overtime, many trial/errors, and finally hiring the right coach for me, everything changed. I finally realized the power of nourishing my body instead of punishing it. Now, I apply those lessons to my clients, helping them reach their goals in a sustainable and fulfilling way.
